Dr. Oz: Burn off your Favorite Foods

Macaroni and Cheese.... Run on tread mill 2 hrs. 27 minutes.
TRICK ... Use low fat cheese... take out butter and replace with ricata cheese use nonfat milk.... Time to burn it 47 minutes to burn off.

Cheese Burger and Fries.... Run on tread mill 2 hours 32 minutes.
TRICK... 6 oz sirloin, baked fries, english muffin.... 1 hour to burn off.
