Dr Oz: Addiction to Sugar

Kick your Sugar Habit!
Daily Reccommendation: 6 Tsp of sugar a day.

Ideal Waist Size for a Woman: 35 Inches

Week 1: Detox
Eat Breakfast.... PROTEIN or Fiber
Cereal... don't add sugar... Try not to get one that has sugar.

Week 2: Eliminate Sugars we don't know are there.
Peanut butter, pasta sauce, etc... Low Fat... MORE SUGAR
